Maschinenhalle Zweckel

Maschinenhalle Zweckel in Gladbeck is an impressive industrial monument and an outstanding example of industrial architecture in the Ruhr region. It was built in 1909 as part of the Zweckel colliery and was once used to house the colliery's winding machines, which were necessary for coal mining.
